Sony In-Store Appearances
Disney Junior's Emmy Award-winning Imagination Movers have announced theyve partnered with Sony Cybershot for their nationwide "In a Big Warehouse" concert tour, which kicked off earlier this month. The first partnership of this kind for the Movers, the guys will incorporate an in-show integration with the Cybershot during their song "Take a Picture," where they will take a photo of the audience. As a special keepsake, Sony will also be taking fan photos in the lobby against a special Movers branded backdrop that can be picked up at the end of the show. In addition, the Movers will also be doing a series of in-store events at Sony Style locations across the country (full list of dates below). Fans who attend the in-store event will receive a discount on the Cybershot camera, have a chance to meet the Movers and have their photo taken as well as be treated to Movers giveaways.

Now we're thrilled that our song 'Take a Picture' has allowed us to partner with Sony, one of the most iconic and trusted brands in the world of entertainment. Following the devastating March 11th earthquake and subsequent tsunami and nuclear crisis, the members of the Japanese community in the Greater New Orleans region, like so many others, felt compelled to aid the victims of this heartbreaking disaster.
Having survived Hurricane Katrina, the people of our community share a special bond with the people in Japan whose lives will be forever changed by this disaster. The NOLA Japan Quake Fund Coalitions hope is that we can assist the Japanese in their time of need, just as they did for us following Katrina.

Thanks for Coming to Our Concerts!
The 2011 "In a Big Warehouse Tour" is over and the Movers would like say thanks to the 150,000 awesome fans who came to see us perform in 57 cities across the U.S. and Canada!
You rocked with us. You high-fived us at the meet and greets. You made great cheese-inspired artwork for Warehouse Mouse. And you gave us rave reviews for our concert (we're the top-rated kids show on Ticketmaster) and our VIP experience (no other act has ever received a 99 percent approval rating).
We just wanted you to know that the feeling's mutual: we're humbled and amazed by the kindness and enthusiasm of all the kids, parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles and friends that we encountered at every tour stop. We loved hearing your stories about how the Movers are a part of your daily lives. And we certainly enjoyed all the homemade cards and gifts that made us all feel a little less homesick for our families back in New Orleans.
We have long dreamed of creating a U2-style concert spectacle. We're very proud of the 2011 tour and we believe it's the closest we've come to achieving that vision: real rockers playing their instruments live and doing their best to get a crowd on its feet. It was a beautiful sight to see the whole crowd jumping up and down in unison during the show's finale.
You know what else puts a smile on our face? The fact that we sold slightly more adult tickets than child tickets for this year's tour. The word is out that our shows are just as much as fun for the grown-ups, and you rewarded us by showing up in force. All those references to the Beastie Boys, the Killers, Aerosmith and Van Halen? Those are for you. :-)
The Movers are planning a big spring 2012 tour as well as a few other dates later this year. We hope to see all of you there! In the meantime, please accept our profound thanks for being a part of the Movers team and helping us bring to life this Movers dream.

The Movers and Disney Junior: Still a Great Combination
Don't worry, fans! Just because we've finished shooting all our episodes (72 in total plus the live concert special) that doesn't mean we're disappearing from Disney Junior any time soon. Many new Movers episodes will debut throughout 2011 and 2012 and we'll be a presence on Disney's new 24-hour Disney Junior cable channel when it debuts next year. We appreciate everything Disney has done to help us reach millions of fans worldwide and are looking forward to a long tenure on their preschool channel.

Movers Performing at Life Is Good Festival 2011
The Imagination Movers will be playing Life Is Good Festival 2011 this year! The festival takes place September 24-25 in Canton, MA. The Movers will be headlining "The Good Kids Stage," both days, and will be playing alongside other great acts like Ray Lamontagne, The Avett Brothers, Michael Franti & Spearhead, Raphael Saadiq and Ingrid Michaelson. Tickets on sale Thursday, June 16th at 10AM EST. Stay tuned for Presale ticket announcement!
The Life is good Festival is a fundraiser to help kids. Attendees will be raising funds for The Life is good Kids Foundation and 100% of the profits from the weekend will help kids overcome life-threatening challenges such as violence, poverty and homelessness. We will be reaching out to you under separate cover soon with more information about the charity and how your artist can help us raise money for kids in need.
