Choo Choo Soul to Join the Movers!
Playhouse Disney stars Choo Choo Soul will be joining the Imagination Movers for the "In a Big Warehouse" 2011 live concert tour. Genevieve and DC will be performing all their biggest hits and helping entertain the crowds at more than 100 shows across North America. The addition of Choo Choo Soul adds even more excitement to an event that already features the Movers as well as Nina, Warehouse Mouse and another surprise guest from the Imagination Movers TV series.

Disneys Imagination Movers to Join SiriusXMs Kids Place Live for Special Weekly Series
Movers Moving: On the Road with Disney Juniors Imagination Movers kicks off with the bands 2011 national concert tour
Disneys Emmy Award-winning rock band for kids of all ages, the Imagination Movers, will hop on the radio mic every week from a different American city from their national concert tour to talk with Kids Place Lives Robbie Schaeferduring the Robbie Schaefers Bandwagon show. Every Thursday night throughout the bands tour, Kids Place Live listeners will hear the band members share behind-the-scenes stories about their lives on tour, including their favorite food from each city, sightseeing anecdotes and more. Every show will feature the segment, Find the Movers, during which the band will offer listeners clues about where they are in the country encouraging listeners to call in with their guesses.
Movers Moving: On the Road with Disney Juniors Imagination Movers will air every Thursday night beginning January 27 through Thursday, March 31 between 6:15 pm ET and 6:30 pm ET on Kids Place Live, Sirius and XM channel 116

No Movers At Jazz Fest!
The Movers won't appear this year at the New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival because the festival dates conflict with several of the 'In a Big Warehouse' tour dates. So, for the first time in nearly a decade, the boys in blue won't be able to play their Fair Grounds show and then eat softshell crab po-boys and enjoy strawberry lemonade with friends and family. Please have extra fun on our behalf - and be sure to support Louisiana music! Meanwhile, the Movers' Feb. 5 show at the UNO Lakefront Arena is the only New Orleans-area performance currently on the schedule. Hope to see you there! Buy Tickets

Bring "Cheese" Art to Concerts
Are you coming to see the "In a Big Warehouse" concert in your hometown? If so, you can be a part of the show by bringing along your very own cheese-inspired artwork. You'll be able to show off your creation during Warehouse Mouse's big musical number. The Movers suggest you decorate poster board with paint, crayons, construction paper and ... really anything you like. The image should have some sort of cheese-inspired theme. If you're curious, Warehouse Mouse's favorite kinds of cheese are Swiss, Havarti, Cheddar, Gouda, Manchego, Parmesan, Pepper Jack, Colby, Romano, Edam, Asiago, Roquefort, Brie, Limburger, Gorgonzola and every other kind as well.

Bring Canned Goods for Second Harvest
One in five children in our community struggles with hunger, so the Movers have teamed up with Second Harvest Food Bank to collect donations. before our concerts at the Heymann Center in Lafayette on Friday, Feb. 4 and UNO Lakefront Arena in New Orleans on Saturday, Feb. 5. Volunteers will be on hand at the Heymann Center to collect non perishable food items such as: canned vegetables, tuna, soups, and beans; peanut butter, rice, and pasta.

Playhouse Disney has been reborn as Disney Junior and, to celebrate, the channel is premiering new episodes of Imagination Movers and updating the look of the band's website. "Goldilocks and the Four Movers" debuted Monday. Another new episode, "The Idea Cafe", will premiere at 1:30 p.m. Friday, Feb 25.
